BANANA BREAD for nym kitchen

As i visited the Moscow JIVAMUKTI Studio for teaching I promised Katya-ji also making some chocolate bars. At the end I did not only produce these chocolate bars you might also find in my blog but a lots of different yummie things I was asked for. All of these receipts are named as ‚for nym kitchen‘ because I created all of them for it except or, as well, got some of it from the beloved girls of the crew! You will see... BANANA BREAD

HOW TO DO:

5 ripe bananas (600g) 1/2 cup coconut oil (~80ml) 165g dates 1 Tablespoon apple vinegar 1/2 cup sweetener as apple pulp or agave sirup 250g mixed flour - I took 150g buckweat + 100g corn 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 1/2 teasp. natron pinch of salt vanilla, if wanted

I) Mix all wet ingredients in a blender II) Put all dry ingredients in a bowl and stir it well III) Add the wet mix to the bowl with the dry ingredients and create one tough (which should be more liquid than stiff) IV) Add some crushed almonds V) Put everything in a tin, well oiled with coconut oil, cut 1 more banana longwise and put it on top of the bread. >> baking time: 50-60minutes >> heating: 175 degrees (Celsius)
